I'm Leslie Dewhurst and after a career in Technology, Transformation and Turn Around, I founded Health-AI mid 2021 after I was diagnosed with kidney failure and underwent an altruistic kidney transplant.
Health-AI uses AI, to humanise and improve post-transplant healthcare and help reduce its spiralling cost.

Health-AI: Our Story so far
We're a story of determined progress in adverse times. TCAS, our first AI-based Intelligent Assistant launched just as the Covid crisis reached its height. Undeterred, we continued with our one year patient-led study leading to TrackMyTac, our first Windows based App allowing patients at home or on the move to monitor their own key drug data by using a tablet or lap top. Fast forward four years and we're now an award winning Digital Healthtech with a market of over $3 Billion, annually. Our Intelligent Assistants are in use on three continents and in patient based studies, enabling patients to benefit from advances in digital Dose Tech and AI-based coaching.
Post Covid, we've continued our Development and Testing work and announced TrackMyTac, allowing doctors and patients world wide to access our first globally available Intelligent Assistant.
To help us move forward our ESG plans, we'll be adopting Zero Based Environmental Budgeting (ZBeeB) to help us manage and where we can, reduce our net environmental emissions
To support our international growth, we've invested in our Intellectual Property including Trade Marks for our product names and patents for the Predictive-AI used in our Intelligent Assistants.

2025 - DoseBuddy (Allows TMT patients to mentor each-other)
