TrackMyTac (TMT) provides:​

A Monthly overview of each Tac dose taken every day

Patient's Adherence value, updated daily

Monthly number of missed doses, updated daily

Daily average dose-timing drift around a set interval (12/24 hrs) Personalised coaching to improve dose drift and adherence values.​

A prediction of the next measured sequential Tac value (to ±5%)

Patient Clearance time (accurate to ±10%)

Total Time in Range (TTR %), updated daily

Predicted Trough divided by Dose (plotted TDD), updated daily.​

DoseBuddy, enabling individual patients to share their daily dose status with either fellow TMT Users, or with friends on mobile.

TMT supports the following drugs for renal and Hepatic use:

Twice daily Adoport

Twice daily Prograf

Once daily Prolonged Release Advagraf 

Once daily Prolonged Release Envarsus (Europe)
